About the role

As a back-end engineer familiar with web services, you will be leading the development of "Ethical Shukatsu".

Responsibilities

• Determine what features to make discussing with management, product manager and the business side
• Implement an entry form for companies in the service (after getting a Charged Employment Licence)
• Consider how to connect the matching process by targeting the necessary matching elements, then select and implement features to automate the matching process.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in development using LL languages and frameworks such as Ruby to design APIs and DBs
• Experience implementing search and sorting functions
• Experience in 0->1 or 1->10 phase of growth
• Experience in organizing a team of engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing large scale projects using Ruby on Rails
• Experience in building and operating infrastructure on AWS/GCP and other cloud computing platforms
• Experience in design, development, and operation of microservice architecture
• Ability to tune queries, etc., and accelerate processing speed
• Ability to communicate smoothly with other teams (business, designers, etc.)

業務内容

• ビジネスサイドとディスカッションしつつ、どんなプロダクトを作っていくのかを検討
• 企業へのエントリーフォームをプロダクトに実装（人材紹介免許を取得後）
• マッチングをどう繋げていくかについて、ターゲットを絞って必要なマッチングの要素を検討し、自動化する機能を選定・実装する

必須スキル

• RubyなどのLL言語及びフレームワークを利用した開発経験
• API、DBの設計ができる
• 検索やソート機能などの実装経験がある

歓迎するスキル、知識・経験

• Ruby on Railsを利用した大規模プロジェクトでの開発経験
• AWS/GCPなどのクラウド上でのインフラ構築及び運用経験
• マイクロサービスアーキテクチャでの設計・開発・運用経験
• クエリなどのチューニング、処理速度高速化ができる
• 他の職種（ビジネス、デザイナーなど）との円滑なコミュニケーション
