About the role

allsgood has raised 120 million JPY in seed funding in June 2022, and will be developing a new service in the US and further growing its existing JP services.

We are looking for members who can support management from a technical stand point.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Support technical discussion with management, PdM and employees.
• Organize our product team (recruiting, team management and technical PR, etc.)
• Creation of development roadmap and work progress management
• Technology specification, priority evaluation, technical resolution of any issues, process optimization

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in development using LL languages and frameworks such as Ruby to design APIs and DBs
• Experience implementing search and sorting functions
• Experience in 0->1 or 1->10 phase of growth
• Experience in organizing a team of engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing large scale projects using Ruby on Rails
• Experience in building and operating infrastructure on AWS/GCP and other cloud computing platforms
• Experience in design, development, and operation of microservice architecture
• Ability to tune queries, etc., and accelerate processing speed
• Ability to communicate smoothly with other teams (business, designers, etc.)
