# Summary
We are looking for a new overseas talent manager to help expand the business of our new VTuber project for the overseas markets. We aim to launch this new project alongside our existing IPs, such as VSPO! and RIOT MUSIC.
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting this project under the direct supervision of the project manager, and will be responsible for a wide range of duties as the first talent manager. After gaining sufficient experience, depending on your career aspirations, you may be able to branch into a wide range of positions, such as a lead position overseeing other talent managers, a producer for overseas markets, or a new business development manager.

【Job Description】
・Planning, direction, PR measures, and production for all activities of the new VTuber project
・Planning and production of original content and content for distribution to attract fans
・Scheduling and motivation management of talent.
・Coordination of schedules with external parties, including talent
・Coordination, consultation, and schedule management with internal departments
・Creation of proposals for internal development, and budget management for such proposals
・Countermeasures against slander and defamation (implementation of countermeasures in cooperation with the business manager.
Requirements
・Have conversational English skills or have used English for business purposes
・Experience as a talent manager (preferably in VTuber, live streamer, idol, etc.)
・Willingness to relocate overseas in the future.
・Strong interest in and knowledge of the entertainment industry and VTubers
Preferred Skills
・Business/Native level English
・Experience in directing, planning and producing programs and distributed content, including character IP and talent
・Experience in analysing analytics and trends.
・Experience in using YouTube, TikTok, or other social platforms for promotion.
・Experience promoting of games, music, and manga content
