職務概要

火災新種法人保険損害サービスセンターにおいて火災保険損害査定業務を中心としたアジャスター職をご担当いただきます。

Work as P&C adjuster taking care of cases including global matters such as cargo and overseas PL at the Commercial Claims Service Center.

主な業務 内容

保険金支払い業務において、高品質の事案処理を進め、クレ－ム・センタ－の目標達成並びに顧客サービスを向上を担っていただきます。顧客、代理店、相手方その他関係者からの報告、連絡、問合せ、地区クレ－ムズとの連携等において適切な対応をし、全国の事故受付、初期手配・指示、センタ－・クレ－ムの解決処理・支払いに従事いただきます。

Process cases in an excellent manner, achieve claim center goals, and improve customer services in insurance payment operations. Appropriately respond to reports and inquiries from customers, agents, adversary parties, and other related parties, communicate with them, and collaborate with regional claims .
Accept insured events that occurred all over Japan, initial arrangement and instruction, resolution and processing of center claims and payment.

• 親切な対応、適切な指示・依頼
• 担当事案についての調査、分析、交渉、保険金・賠償額の決定、支払稟議、支払申請
• 最適な地区クレ－ムズ、処理担当への転送
• 顧客、代理店等からの相談事案に対する適切な対応
• Obtain accurate information on insured events from customers, agents, and other parties and enter registration data of such events
• Hospitability, precise instruction and request
• Research, analysis, negotiation, decision on the amount of insurance and damages, request for managerial decision on payment, and payment application
• Forward the cases to the most appropriate regional claims or the handler in charge
• Appropriately handle matters consulted on by customers, agents, and other parties

求めるスキル

• 損害保険業界経験者希望
• ビジネス英語力（TOEIC 750点以上）
• システムの操作ができ、業務遂行が円滑にできる
• 高い目標達成意欲を持ち、自己の能力を開発する
• 効率的な業務遂行及び心のこもった対応が出来る
• Experience in the general insurance industry preferred
• Business level English (TOEIC 750 or higher)
• Capable of using systems and perform duties smoothly
