Reason for Recruitment
As we continue our global expansion efforts, we have been specifically focusing on entering the North American market while continuing to develop new projects. We work in unison with our group comapnies aiming to make the digital world a more familiar place and truly enrich people's lives by transcending the boundaries of reality. Our wish is for people around the world to feel like they are "truly living in a digital world." Our goal is not only to connect people through online function, but also to create many apps with worlds where people can exist in a more free manner and express themselves as they please. To achieve this, we recently launched our first of these apps, C.A.T. Club. We are also currently working on developing several other apps throughout 2023 and 2024. That being said, this position is a crucial position that will greatly affect how we deliver these apps and are therefore looking for someone with extensive knowledge and experience in North America.
Job Description
We are looking for someone to ensure the localization quality of Cocone apps for the North American market and play a role in further improving them. Your mission will involve verifying English translated app content (dialogue, text, UI, supporting documents), identifying and documenting bugs that come from translation and helping to resolve them. Additionally, we would like you to assist with customer support. Since this is still a relatively new organization, we also expect someone that is able to take lead and help shape the future of the team.
Required Skills
- English: Native Level
- Japanese: Conversational Level
- Broad knowledge of SNS, entertainment industry as well as games, etc.
Preferred Skills
- Interest in trends and consumer behavior in the North American market. (someone familiar with subculture, anime, games, etc.)
- Strong interest in mobile app and entertainment industries

その上で、本ポジションはサービスの“届き方”を左右する重要なポジションとなり、北米に知見をお持ちのご経験豊富な方を求めております。
ココネグループ全体でグローバルサービスのローンチを進めていくにあたり、ステークホルダーは各グーループ会社のサービス開発チームとなり社内＆社外含めて幅広いコミュニケーションを求められます。
仕事内容
ココネのサービスを北米市場に適切に展開していくためのローカライゼーション品質保証と、更なる向上にむけた役割を期待しています。 英語に翻訳されたサービスタイトルの内容（ダイアログ，テキスト，UI，サポート資料）を検証し，翻訳から生じるバグを発見し，記録し，解決する。事がミッションです。
あわせてCS対応についてもお願いしたいと考えております。
グローバル展開を加速するに辺り、サービスの世界観を損ねることなく、維持したまま、北米のお客様へ届けて頂きます。
