募集背景/Overview
GLOBIS is currently expanding its English-language educational content offerings and nurturing a growing community of international faculty members worldwide, but we need to expand and promote our team and operations in order to achieve our 2022 vision. Therefore, we are looking for an individual who will be in charge of developing learning contents in English. The content you will be responsible for includes content for digital learning products such as "GLOBIS AI Learning (GAiL)," "GLOBIS Unlimited," and "GLOBIS Nano MBA," as well as teaching materials such as business cases, textbooks, lecture slides and handouts for use in graduate school classes and corporate training sessions.
業務内容/Responsibilities
Duties will include followings but may not be limited to:
- Research and project management for the development of digital learning products in English (videos, quizzes, etc.)
- Support for the development of English teaching materials (case studies, textbooks, in-class materials) for MBA courses and corporate training programs
- Provide translation, line editing, and copyediting of GLOBIS educational content, including online products
- Assist with other English language-related projects across the company, such as the in-house style guide, copyediting, translation, etc.
- Research and development of English teaching materials (case studies, textbooks, in-class materials) for MBA courses and corporate training programs

応募資格/Qualifications
必須要件/Required
- Native English or equivalent with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- JLPT N2 or equivalent (Note: N2 or above is required for full-time company employment. Exceptionally qualified candidates with N3 may be considered for contract-based employment.)
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in management, media/ communications, or a writing-related field
- Experience managing and delivering multiple projects with quality output on a rolling basis (time management, communication, and organization skills a must)
- Flexibility and professionalism to foster strong relationships with team members, colleagues, and outside contacts
- Ability to think critically and communicate complex, multi-faceted issues in a logical and concise manner
- Strong interests in GLOBIS values and the GLOBIS WAY
歓迎要件/Preferred
- Master’s degree in management, media/communications, or a writing-related field preferred
- Familiarity with standard English style guides (AP Stylebook, Chicago Manual of Style, etc.) a plus

1日のスケジュール(例)/Typical Workday | GLOBIS employees have flexible working hours and are allowed to work remote. Meetings are often held online via Zoom, or Google Meet. Typical working hours are 9:30-18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break and weekends off (Sat, Sun).
