We are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional. You will join a new team to launch GLOBIS Unlimited, a business microlearning online platform, in our overseas markets.
You will support the marketing and strategy team to develop and execute marketing strategies and processes ensuring the global success of GLOBIS Unlimited. You will be directly involved in all aspects of the marketing and strategy operations and be expected to have a hands-on approach.
This role requires coordination with many stakeholders, both internally between teams and departments, and externally with various vendors and collaborators. The team has a dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit, in which you will be expected to proactively, flexibly, and independently work beyond set responsibilities in order to meet business goals.
About GLOBIS Unlimited: GLOBIS Unlimited is a business microlearning online platform, providing microlearning courses on MBA-level business topics.
You will contribute to increasing the awareness and reputation of GLOBIS on a global scale as part of mission to become the No. 1 business school globally, focusing primarily on GLOBIS Unlimited. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Native English or equivalent (written and spoken)
- Experience with web data and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- JLPT N3 or equivalent or above
- 3+ years of professional experience as a marketing professional
- Flexibility and professionalism to create quality content and foster strong relationships with team members, GLOBIS colleagues, and outside contacts
- Strong time/project management skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Experience in digital marketing techniques and practices

Flexible Working Hours
・Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays ・20 paid holidays (can be rolled over to the following year for a maximum of 40 total days). During the 3-month probation period, a maximum of 5 days can be granted, calculated on a pro-rata basis from the start date. ・Annual holidays: New Year’s period (ex. Dec 29-Jan 4), marriage leave, condolence leave, natural disaster leave, maternity leave, sabbatical (after 5 and 10 consecutive years with the company)

GLOBIS employees have flexible working hours and are allowed remote work. Depending on the department and other conditions, staff are asked to commute to the office 1-2 days/week. Typical working hours are 9:30-18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break and weekends (Sat, Sun) off.
