募集背景／Overview
The Global Communications team is looking for a PR associate to support our international PR efforts. As a pivotal team in the GLOBIS Corporate expansion overseas, we are tasked with representing the company and showcasing the wide variety and value of GLOBIS services. Our PR associate would work closely with the PR lead to plan and execute social media strategy, support branding, maintain contact databases, support events and interviews, etc.
業務内容／Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting, planning and implementing PR activities with your team members. Your duties will include the following:
- Assist in organization and execution of events, campaigns, etc.
- Ensure social media platforms are managed and up to date with appropriate, engaging content
- Draft press releases and social media copy
- Conduct research for press activities
- Maintain contact databases
- Track, monitor, and analyse media coverage (including social media)
- Assist with branding efforts
- Help with translation of Japanese PR materials when needed
- Liaise with the Japanese PR team
- Provide creative input for PR growth

応募資格／Qualifications
必須要件／Required
- Native English or equivalent
- JLPT N2 or equivalent
- 3+ years of professional experience in public relations
- Good working knowledge of PR concepts and best practices
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Experience with social media strategy and analytics
- Excellent research skills, time-management, and organization
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and professionalism to foster strong relationships with team members, GLOBIS colleagues, and outside contacts
歓迎要件／Preferred
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Experience in digital marketing and SEO
- Video and image editing experience (Adobe Suite)

| 1日のスケジュール（例）／Typical Workday | Typical workday GLOBIS employees have flexible working hours and are allowed remote work. Depending on the department and other conditions, staff are asked to commute to the office 1-2 days/week. Typical working hours are 9:30-18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break and weekends (Sat, Sun) off. Seminars/webinars, international interviews, etc. often take place in the evening (19:00-21:00), so starting hours are adjusted accordingly. |
