・Native Taiwanese speaker.
・Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
・User-driven and strive to give professional, friendly, speedy, and quality support at all times.
・A team player who is eager to contribute and help the team improve and move forward but can also work independently when need be.
・Passion for user-centered design and product development.
・An interest in collecting, analysing and using data to drive growth.
