Creation and operation of personnel system is important for the employees to bring out their potential. We believe that early realization of nuclear fusion will contribute to decarbonization. We will build a strong presence in the experimental nuclear fusion reactor market, aiming to establish the nuclear fusion as a dominant industry in Japan. We have already received orders for large-scale projects from start-ups and government-affiliated research institution aiming to build the experimental nuclear fusion reactors. As our business is expanding, the number of staffs are also rapidly increased. We are seeking dedicated individuals who will create our better future together in the HR department which will be driving force of our business growth.
You will be engaged in designing overall company’s system. Design and operate objective/personnel appraisal, rating, and compensation system with top management to make global organization Flexible operation of in-house personnel adjustment related to career path and personnel shift Your suggestions will be encouraged and incorporated into HR organization such as additional personnel or outsourcing required for better operation of HR department.
Target person (necessary requirement)
・Experience in employee recruitment, public relations activity, building corporate culture in a global company or start-up company ・Experience in development of start-up organization (on-boarding training system, career path management, and health and welfare benefits) ・Experience in building of global personnel system including overseas staff ・English skill (intermediate or higher) ・Understanding our corporate vision, mission, and value ・Actively engaging in improvement of business operations
Experience in start-up/management of HR and public relations devision in a global company or start-up company ・Experience at growth stage of a venture company or a global company ・English skill (more than proficient)
