Job description

You will be mainly in charge of financial and accounting businesses in consolidated bases. ・Accounting business (daily accounting, monthly/yearly settlement including subsidiaries) ・Tax accounting(tax declaration and tax investigation in collaboration with a consulting lawyer) ・Financial operation (cash flow management, building relationship with financial institutions) ・Building financial and accounting systems (business design, system introduction) for future listing on the market

Target person (necessary requirement)

Work experiences in a global company, either of the following (more than 3 years in total) ・Accounting operations, IFRS/USGAAP-based financial accounting operations, domestic/international tax accounting ・Introduction project of new accounting software or experience in accounting audit of an auditing company (more than 2 years) ・Understanding our corporate vision, mission, and value ・Taking action on your own initiative ・Actively engaging in improvement of business operations

Preferred qualifications

・Experience of the above operation in the manufacturing industry ・ Experience of financial and accounting businesses/support for preparation to listing ・Work experience in an investment bank ・Holder of certified public accountant (Japan, America, Europe certified) ・English skill (more than CEFR B1 level)
