We will build a strong presence in the experimental nuclear fusion reactor market, aiming to establish the nuclear fusion as a dominant industry in Japan. We have already received orders for large-scale projects from start-ups and government-affiliated research institution aiming to build the experimental nuclear fusion reactors.As our business is expanding,the need for the audit system becomes imperative. We are seeking dedicated individuals who will be involved in internal audit that will be central to the corporate governance.

Job description

You will be mainly in charge of internal audit. ・Risk assessment of all business divisions ・Formulation of audit plan and audit work based on the risks ・Strengthening of compliance Building of internal control /SOX systems for preparation to listing

Target person (necessary requirement)

・Experience in an internal audit/quality control department of a global company (more than 3 years) ・Or experiences in consulting for internal audit (more than 2 years) ・Understanding our corporate vision, mission, and value ・Taking action on your own initiative ・Actively engaging in improvement of business operations

Preferred qualifications

・Experience in an internal audit/quality control department of a global company ・Qualification: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) ・Qualification: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) ・English skill (more than CEFR B1 level)
