For our future success as a global manufacturing start-up, we are recruiting managers or representatives (candidates) who will be committed to strengthening our IT system together with the management layer to increase our competitiveness. ・Strengthening cybersecurity to enhance the confidentiality of information asset ・Introduction of application helpful to improve work efficiency ・Building the management system using data inside and outside of the company ・Building the IT governance necessary for preparation of listing on the market by standardization and stabilization of It-related operations.

We believe that early realization of nuclear fusion will contribute to decarbonization. We will build a strong presence in the experimental nuclear fusion reactor market, aiming to establish the nuclear fusion as a dominant industry in Japan. We have already received orders for large-scale projects from start-ups and government-affiliated research institution aiming to build the experimental nuclear fusion reactors. As our business is expanding, our IT environment needs to be strengthened. We are seeking dedicated individuals who will create our better future together in the IT/information system department which will be essential strategy in decision making and risk management.

Job description

You will be engaged in overall our global information system operation. ・Formulation of IT strategy such as architecture design as preparation to IPO ・Control of information assets (hardware and software) ・Increase of efficiency in IT environment/office environment ・Formulation of the information security policy and improvement of employee's IT knowledge ・Building of in-house information sharing platform

Target person (necessary requirement)

・Experience in IT/information department (more than 3 years) ・Experiences in consulting for construction of IT system (more than 2 years) ・Understanding our corporate vision, mission, and value ・Taking action on your own initiative ・Actively engaging in improvement of business operations

Preferred qualifications

・Experience in an IT/information system department of a global company ・Work experience at growth stage of the information system department in a start-up company ・Holder of the following certification －CISSP/CISM・Azure Security Technologies/ AWS Certified Security ■English level (more than CEFR B1 level)
