For our future success as a global manufacturing start-up, we are recruiting managers or representatives (candidates) who will be committed to designing corporate governance together with the management layer for future listing on the market. ・Realization of the governance system required for global management while maintaining management speed ・Building of in-house structure and governance system required for future listing on the market
Job description
You will be engaged in building corporate governance in conformance with Companies Act/Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. ・Management of a board meeting and shareholder meeting(respond to investors) ・Development of rule/guideline including company regulation Negotiation with stakeholders at listing examination ・Collaboration with a securities firm, examining authority, and law firm

・Understanding our corporate vision, mission, and value ・Taking action on your own initiative ・Actively engaging in improvement of business operations ・Experience in building of management governance system such as a board meeting and shareholder meeting (more than 3 years) ・Understanding our corporate vision, mission, and value ・Taking action on your own initiative ・Actively engaging in improvement of business operations
Preferred qualifications
・Above working experiences before and after listing at a start-up company ・Experience of listing examination ・English level (more than CEFR B1 level)
