仕事内容/Responsibilities

• LeapMindでは、低消費電力でディープラーニングを実現する学習・推論ソフトウェアスタックおよびアクセラレータIP等の製品群「Efficiera」を開発しています。
• 本ポジションでは以下の業務を担当して頂きます。
  • Efficiera IPの推論性能を最後の一滴まで絞り出す動作環境の設計・実装及びテスト、また、IP設計へフィードバックの提供。
  • 想定顧客が期待するユースケースに合致したソフトウェアフレームワークの仕様決定・設計・実装及びテスト。
  • Efficiera IPを含むシステム全体の性能評価とチューニング。

• We, LeapMind Inc., are now developing a product family called “Efficiera”, which includes a learning and inference software stack and accelerator IP that enables deep learning with low power consumption.

• You will be in charge of followings:
  • Design the operating environment to squeeze out every last bit of the inference performance of Efficiera IP, implementation and testing, and provide feedback to IP design
  • Specification decision, design, implementation and testing of a software framework that meets the expected use cases of the potential customer
  • Performance evaluation and tuning of the whole system including Efficiera IP

必須スキル/Required Skills

• CまたはC++での製品コードの開発経験
• Python3での製品コードの開発経験
• gitを使ったチームでのソフトウェア開発経験
• LinuxのBSP開発及び保守の経験（デバイスツリーなど）
• Linuxのデバイスドライバの開発及び保守の経験
• 情報系学科修士卒以上、または同等の知識と経験を有すること
• 日本語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力（技術会話を大きな不自由なく行える）

• Experience in development of product code with C/C++

• Experience in development of product code with Python3
• Experience in software development using git in team
• Experience in BSP development and maintenance of Linux (Device Three etc.)
• Experience in device driver development and maintenance of Linux
• M.S or Ph.D. in Information technology or related field, or equivalent knowledge and work experience 
• Business communication skills in Japanese (able to carry out technical conversations without major inconvenience)

歓迎スキル/Desirable Skills

• SoCタイプのFPGA上でのソフトウェアの開発経験
• 任意のCで記述されたRTOSのBSP及びソフトウェアの開発経験
• yoctoを使ったシステム開発の経験
• 高信頼ソフトウェアの開発経験（MISRA-C, CERT-C/C++ に準拠した開発など）
• ビデオ処理・レーダー信号処理・ソフトウェア無線などの大容量リアルタイムデータ伝送及びデータ処理の業務での開発経験
• 各種モデルコンパイラ・ランタイム（TensorRT, TensorFlowLite, OpenVINO, onnx runtimeなど）の業務での使用経験

• Experience in software development with Intel SoC FPGA

• Experience in development of software and BSP of RTOS written in C
• Experience in system development using yocto
• Experience in reliable software development (e.g. development compliant with MISRA-C and CERT-C/C++)
• Experience in development in high volume real-time data transmission and data processing operations such as video processing, radar signal processing, and software-defined radio
• Experience of using various model compilers and runtimes (TensorRT, TensorFlowLite, OpenVINO, and onnx runtime, etc.) in operations
