Your Job
Responsibilities
As the Head of UX, you will spearhead our efforts to enhance user experience across all product lines, embodying our philosophy of "Human-Centric Service". You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to reimagining how our solutions meet user needs, ensuring our designs are as intuitive as they are impactful.
- Oversee and mentor 2~3 product design teams to elevate the UX of our existing and new products.
- Drive the evolution of our design philosophy, using user feedback and behavioral data to refine product enhancements.
- Develop and standardize design frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure design initiatives align with company objectives and user expectations.
- Evaluate and refine design rules and systems.
Requirements
■ Proven experience in building world class influential in-house products
■ A robust portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design expertise
■ Strong background in UX research, including qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven design decision-making.
■ Experience in integrating user research insights into the product development process to improve user experience and business outcomes.
■ Ability to define and drive research strategies, synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations for product and design teams.
■ Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
■ Business-level fluency in Japanese and conversational proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
■ Experiences with SaaS, B2B or Sales Tech domains
■ Experience in creating and managing comprehensive design systems.
■ Experiences in leading the UX research or Design for one of the world class influential products

We’re remote friendly. We use Zoom and Meet, and recently introduced the virtual office platform Gather to maintain both the quality and quantity of communication while working remotely, ensuring smooth development and operations.
