Outline of the Job

You will be responsible for type certification of flying vehicles (manned drones) for commercialization in 2025 under the support of the leader.

Specifically, your responsibilities will be individually adjusted according to your experience and skills from the following tasks. Advise and support designers in certification activities.
- Prepare documents and plans for type certification.
- Review of TC documents - Liaison with aviation authorities such as FAA, EASA, JCAB, etc.
- You may also be responsible for manufacturing, testing, etc., as well as witnessing and explaining audits conducted by the aviation authorities.

Appeal Points

This is a certification for a "flying car," which is a unique and cutting-edge aircraft even from a global perspective. You will be involved from the conception and design of the items and standards themselves, not by following a set procedure or format, but by consulting with the regulatory authorities, engineers, suppliers, and other internal and external parties. The certification that you and our company create will become the global standard for "flying car" certification, and this mission has the potential to leave its mark on history.

Essential Skills

- Experience and expertise in aircraft and aircraft operation (design, testing/evaluation, operation, maintenance, support) (expertise in type certification and aviation-related codes and standards is especially welcome)
- Experience in official type certification activities in the fields such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, etc

Desirable skills

Expertise in the elemental technologies that make up "flying cars" such as motors/inverters, batteries/BMS, propellers/flacons, composite materials, etc.

Target candidate

- Able to think spontaneously and check with superiors to make sure things are going well.
- Have a strong curiosity to acquire necessary knowledge spontaneously.

空飛ぶクルマ(有人ドローン)の2025年商用化に向けた型式認証をリーダーの支援の下で担当して頂きます。

具体的には下記業務の中から、ご経験・スキルに応じて担当頂く業務を個別に調整致します。
・証明活動における設計への助言、サポート
・型式認証取得に向けた資料、計画作成
・TC文書のレビュー
・FAA、EASA、JCAB等の航空局の窓口
・製造・試験等、航空局監査の立会いや説明等も担当して頂く可能性がございます。。

必須スキル

技術文書を正確に読解できる英語力に加え、下記いずれかに該当する方

・航空機、航空機運航にまつわる技術者経験（設計、実験・評価、運航、整備、サポート）と専門知識をお持ちの方（型式認証、航空関連の規準・規格にまつわる専門知識をお持ちの方は特に歓迎）
・自動車、医薬品・医療機器など公的な認証取得活動経験をお持ちの方
