Outline of the job

■   Will be in charge of designing and coordinating the control unit of the flying cars (manned drones).
■ In order to implement and realize the control system/control logic of the flying car in the control unit, you will manage software/hardware requirement specifications, design requests to suppliers, manage design projects, and verify deliverables. You will lead the project consistently until the completion of the control unit while performing evaluations, correction instruction etc.
■ As a core member of the control unit design team , you will lead subordinates and will promote collaboration with team members like control design, requirements evaluations and/or any other team members.

■Flying cars are attracting attention all over the world. Among them, the multi-copter type that we are developing is a lightweight , small and compact system and is expected to be a very promising type for those who want to use flying cars in cities. On the other hand,  it is necessary to integrate many mission-critical functions such as aerodynamic characteristics, flight control, and functional safety into the control unit. It`s a difficult mission but you have the unique chance in leading the design of a product which has not been introduced to the world, make the dreams of millions of people come true and make a direct contribution to the society by solving urban traffic problems.

Essential 

Who satisfy the following

・Have experience in managing design projects using suppliers and subcontractors.
・Have experience is promoting design projects by properly managing the design specifications ( such as Verifications and validation etc. )
・English skills enough for technical negotiations with overseas suppliers

Desirable 

・Have experience in design and development of equipment which needs certifications like aircraft, cars, railway vehicles, medical equipment etc.
・Have specialized knowledge to understand the behaviors of software
・Experience in control design, algorithm development or software design.
・Experience in designing aircraft, drones or helicopters.

仕事内容

■空飛ぶクルマ(有人ドローン)の制御ユニットの設計取りまとめを担当して頂きます。
■具体的には、空飛ぶクルマの制御システム/制御ロジックを制御ユニットに実装・実現する為、ソフト/ハード要求仕様を管理し、サプライヤーに対して設計依頼、設計プロジェクトの管理、成果物の検証・評価、修正指示などを行いながら、制御ユニットの完成まで一貫してプロジェクトをリードして頂きます。
■今回ご入社頂く方には制御ユニット設計チームの中核として部下を率い、制御設計や要求評価担当等の各チーム・メンバーとの連携・協力を推進して頂きます。

・サプライヤーや協力会社を利用した設計プロジェクトの管理経験をお持ちの方
・要求仕様を適切に管理しながら設計プロジェクトを推進した経験をお持ちの方（V&V等）
・海外サプライヤーと技術的折衝可能なレベルの英語力をお持ちであること

歓迎スキル

・航空機、自動車、鉄道車両、医療機器など認証が必要な機器の開発経験をお持ちの方
・ソフトウェアの挙動に関して理解できる専門知識をお持ちの方
・制御設計、アルゴリズム開発、ソフトウェア設計いずれかの経験者
・航空機、ドローン、ヘリコプターいずれかの設計経験をお持ちの方
