仕事内容

■空飛ぶクルマ・カーゴドローンに搭載するバッテリーの開発およびメンバーマネジメント業務を担って頂きます。
1)バッテリーの要求定義策定
- 機体システム側からの要求仕様により、飛行ユニットへのシステム要求の検討
- バッテリー機構仕様検討と要求仕様策定
- 充電器の選定や、充電器と機体とのインターフェース設計
- バッテリー冷却システムの仕様検討と要求仕様作成
- 各種航空認証に関する書類の作成
2)パートナー企業との関係構築およびプロジェクト管理
- パートナー選定および設計・製作依頼
- コントロール、品質監査などの実施
3)評価試験
- バッテリー単体性能確認
- 機体システム及び電池を含めた実機性能確認および課題抽出
（例：絶縁・防火・放熱を考慮した機構材料の選定・設計・試作・評価など）
- 型式証明を取得するための安全分析(FTA、FMEAなど)、設計検討/評価結果などのエビデンスまとめ

必須スキル

以下すべてを満たす方

・車体や機体へのバッテリー搭載開発もしくは、バッテリー開発の経験（10年以上）
・電池の搭載要件策定や性能評価経験
・開発プロジェクトリード経験

歓迎スキル

下記いずれかを満たす方
・航空機・自動車メーカーあるいは、電池メーカーでのバッテリー開発経験
・電池試作設備・性能評価装置・安全性試験装置など設備導入の経験がある方

Outline of the job

■  Will be responsible for the development and team management of the batteries installed on flying cars and cargo drones.

1) Formulation of battery requirement definition.
- Examination of systems requirements for flight units according to the required specifications from the airframe system side.
- Examination of battery mechanism specifications and formulation of required specifications.
- Selection of chargers and interface design between charger and aircraft.
- Examination of battery cooling system specifications and creation of required specifications.
- Preparation of documents related to various aviation certifications.
2) Relationship building and project management with partner companies.
- Partner selection and design/manufacturing request.
- Conducting controls, quality audits etc.
3) Evaluation test
- Battery unit performance check.
- Check the performance of the flying unit including the airframe system and battery and identify issues( example: selection, design, prototyping, evaluation etc. of mechanical materials considering insulation, fire prevention, and heat dissipation.
- Summary of evidence such as safety analysis( FTA, FMEA, etc.) and design review/evaluation results for obtaining type certification.

(Scope of change) Reassignment may occur to any other work.

　In addition, since we have a small and elite development team, you will be involved from the upstream process such as formulation of required specification to much wider technical areas that make the battery construction like cells, packs and controls. It is an environment you will surely feel that you have created the battery of a flying cars with your own hand.

Essential Skills

Who satisfy the following

・Battery development experience ( more than 10 years ) at an automobile manufacturer, an aircraft manufacturer, or a battery manufacturer.
・Experience in designing batteries for  installing in vehicles or aircraft or battery development ( more than 10 years )
・Experience in formulating battery mounting requirements and evaluating performance
・Development project lead experience

Desirable Skills

・Battery development experience at aircraft/automobile manufacturers or battery manufacturers
・Experience in introducing battery test equipment, performance evaluation equipment, safety yest equipment.
