仕事内容

■急速に発展するグローバルのAAM（Advanced Air Mobility）業界動向を把握し俯瞰しながら、各国においてSkyDrive機体を運用し商用利用するための環境整備を担う「運航・技術チーム」のチームメンバーとして、社内の機体開発部署など他部署とも調整しながら、他社含めたエコシステム全体の運用環境要素を牽引していただきます。

• エコシステム・運用環境構築に必要な国内外パートナー（バーティポート事業者、充電ステーション事業者等）との連携や協定
• 航空法とその下部法令に係わる、航空局との調整
• Concept of Operations（ConOps）作成と、それに係る機体要求仕様設定
• 運航費、整備費の試算、及びモデルの作成
• 営業支援資料の作成
• 飛行基準評価審査会（FSB: Flight Standardization Board）において、パイロットの型式訓練の設定と、その評価活動の実施
• 運用許容基準（MMEL：Master Minimum Equipment List）を設定し、社内及び航空局と調
• 関連業界の技術や制度、動向の調査
• 関連団体の会議体への参加（官民協議会・大阪ラウンドテーブル等）

■Responsible for the development of AAM (Advanced Air Mobility) operational environment and its commercial use of SkyDrive aircraft all over the world, while watching the rapidly developing global AAM industry trends. Coordinating with other departments within the company such as aircraft development department, you will be responsible for driving such project to form AAM ecosystem with partners, while maximizing the team's ability to solve technical issues.

• Coordination with domestic and international partners (e.g., vertiport operators, charging station operators) necessary to build an AAM ecosystem and operational environment
• Compliance check to the Air Laws and its associated regulations and guidelines, including coordination with JCAB and FAA
• Owner of the Concept of Operations (ConOps) document and setting aircraft specification requirements
• Creation of operation and maintenance cost models
• Preparation of sales support materials
• Establishment of Aircraft Type Training for pilots and mechanics at the Flight Standardization Board (FSB)
• Establishment of Master Minimum Equipment List (MMEL)
• Researching AAM related technologies, systems, and industry trends
• Participation in meetings of AAM industry organizations

必須スキル/Essential

• 航空業界あるいは空飛ぶクルマ業界の業務経験
• 英語によるビジネス交渉
• 技術文書（日・英）を扱えるこ
• Experience in an aircraft operator or AAM industry
• Team management experience
• Business negotiations in English
• Ability to handle technical documents

• Technical Sales experience in an aircraft manufacturer
• Air Traffic Control, Drone UTM, or Telecommunication Service provider
• Heliport Design
• Small-scale aircraft operations, such as FAA Part 135
• Operational decision making position experience in an aircraft operator
• Training and evaluation of airmen
• Operational approval process with authorities
