Role Overview

For assigned work-packages

1. Lead and implement the overall supply chain strategy;

2. Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, PMO, Quality Assurance, Customer Service,Manufacturing and Sales teams to determine products requirements;

3. Lead communications with suppliers and internal reporting;

4. Perform supplier market analysis and consolidate market intelligence;

5. Lead RFI/RFP processes and contracts/commercial negotiations;

6. Support technical negotiations and solve issues in a timely manner;

7. Lead suppliers’ selection process (coordination, evaluation, reporting and communications);

8. Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Essential

1. Previous working experience in Supply Chain for eight (8) years in aerospace (preferred), automotive or space industries;

2. Excellent business negotiation skills and demonstrated contract management experience;

3. Excellent project management skills;

4. University degree in Supply Chain Management, Administration, Finance, Engineering or another relevant field.

6. Team player, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;

7. Great interpersonal and communication skills;
