Soft Gear co., Ltd. was established as an online game development company in 2008.
Since then, over the past 16 years, as a real-time online game development technological venture company, have developed online games with our strengths in advanced network and server technology.
We have developed a number of games such as MMORPGs, console games and mobile games for hit game makers such as Nintendo.
In addition to online game development, we here at Soft Gear have started to take on new initiatives.
With our experience in developing online games where it is possible for thousands of players can gain access at the same time, and with our researched and developed library being out technological backbone, we have started development on a large-scale virtual service.

Job Details
①Client development for metaverse platform "neem" (C#, Unity3D)
- UI development
- Real-time communication (text chat, voice chat)
- Development to realize multiplayer
- Performance tuning
- Billing processing, etc.
◆Platform: Windows
◆Development language: C#
◆Game engine: Unity3D
② Client-side SDK development for multiplayer games (C++, Unreal Engine)
Development of the client side communication part that calls the server API
- Client-side SDK development
- Sample program implementation
- Research and development: Framework development for introducing new technology and improving development efficiency, etc.
◆Platform: PS5, XBOX, S|X, Steam
◆Development language: C++, Blueprint
◆Game engine: Unreal Engine5
*This position will be a development part with a lot of server-side development.
*We have introduced a scrum model.
