AFEELAブランドの認知拡大・ファン獲得・購入意欲最大化を目的に、リアル・デジタルの双方から、マーケティング戦略の立案・企画・制作・実行を担当。ソニー・ホンダモビリティはD2Cビジネスを通じてお客様との新しいつながり方を目指しています。そのためにデジタルマーケティング、ソーシャルの活用、インフルエンサーマーケティングやWebコンテンツ企画、フィジカルタッチポイントとの連携などマーケティング戦略の構築や、コミュニケーション施策の企画・実行を担当頂きます。

・グローバルでのKPI達成に向けたデジタルマーケティング全体戦略の策定・企画・各施策実行

N5. Marketing Strategy Planning and Execution

Team’s Mission & Job description

To expand brand awareness, acquire fans, and maximize purchase intent for the AFEELA brand, you will be responsible for planning, designing, producing, and executing marketing strategies from both real and digital perspectives. Sony Honda Mobility aims to establish new connections with customers through its D2C business. This involves building marketing strategies and planning and executing communication measures, including digital marketing, social media utilization, influencer marketing, web content planning, and collaboration with physical touchpoints.

Specific Job Examples:

• Formulating, planning, and executing overall digital marketing strategies to achieve global KPIs
• Integrating processes from awareness acquisition to web conversions
• Conducting market and customer analysis using qualitative and quantitative data
• Defining KPIs and promoting the PDCA cycle in marketing based on data

Requirements

• Data analysis and the ability to execute the PDCA cycle based on data
• Interest/experience in digital marketing and marketing technology
• Interest/experience in digital channels such as social media, influencers, and owned media
• Interest/experience in projects within a global environment
• Presentation and negotiation skills
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Leadership and the ability to see the big picture
• Flexibility, initiative, and perseverance to tackle difficult challenges and achieve results in a startup environment
