仕事内容　Job description

・セグメント海外子会社の法務担当者とのコミュニケーション支援
・法律相談、法的アドバイス/ソリューション提供
・契約書等法的書面作成、審査、契約交渉（日本語、英語双方での対応あり）
・社内ルール、基準、ガイドライン等の策定、管理、周知
・関連法規、法制度、当局動向のモニタリング及び情報発信
・その他法務業務全般

・Support for communication with legal personnel at overseas subsidiaries
・Legal consultation, provision of legal advice/solutions
・Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents such as contracts (available in both Japanese and English)
・Formulating, managing, and disseminating internal rules, standards, guidelines, etc.
・Monitoring and disseminating information on related laws, legal systems, and trends by authorities
・Other general legal work

必須要件　Requirements

・企業における法務業務を自律的に遂行するための知識・経験
・事業会社における法務業務の実務経験（3年以上）
・英語中級（日常会話、海外法人や関係者とのメールでのコミュニケーション）

・Knowledge and experience to autonomously carry out legal affairs in a company
・Practical experience in legal affairs in a business company (3 years or more)
・Intermediate level of English (daily conversation, email communication with overseas corporations and related parties)

・英語中級～上級（中級：英文契約作成、レビュー、審査の実務経験、上級：法的書面の作成/審査、海外法人との会議/契約交渉が可能なレベル）
・海外での駐在・ビジネス経験
・ゲーミング業界での経験・知識

・Intermediate to advanced English (Intermediate: practical experience in writing, reviewing, and examining English contracts; Advanced: level capable of writing/examining legal documents, and holding meetings/negotiating contracts with overseas corporations)
・Experience working overseas/doing business
・Experience and knowledge in the gaming industry
