・セガサミークリエイションの経営及び事業に対する法務アドバイザリー
・取締役会、その他セグメント意思決定会議体の運営支援
・契約書等法的書面作成、審査、契約交渉　※英語メイン
・法務審査（ドラフト）、法律相談、法的アドバイス/ソリューション提供
・訴訟/紛争、M&A、投資案件、新規事業、等重要案件対応
・社内ルール、基準、ガイドライン等の策定、管理、周知
・関連法規、法制度、当局動向のモニタリング及び情報発信
・その他法務業務全般

・Legal advisory for the management and business of Sega Sammy Creation
・Support for the operation of the board of directors and other segment decision-making meetings
・Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents such as contracts *Mainly in English
・Legal review (drafts), legal consultation, provision of legal advice/solutions
・Handling important cases such as litigation/disputes, M&A, investments, new businesses, etc.
・Formulation, management, and dissemination of internal rules, standards, guidelines, etc.
・Monitoring and disseminating information on related laws, legal systems, and trends of authorities
・Other general legal duties

必須要件　Requirements

・企業法務及び一般商取引・契約に関する法律知識と経験（目安として法務実務経験6年以上)
・海外グループ会社との連携・サポートや海外地域を含む案件の対応等、国際的な法律環境での経験
・法務関連紛争(訴訟)やM&A、新規事業立ち上げなどの複雑かつクロスファンクショナルな事案への対応経験
・英語中級～上級（中級：英文契約作成、レビュー、審査の実務経験、上級：法的書面の作成/審査、海外法人との会議/契約交渉が可能なレベル）

・Word、Powerpointを中心としたMicrosoft Officeの基本的な取り扱いスキル

・Legal knowledge and experience in institutional law, corporate law, and general commercial transactions and contracts (6+ years of legal work experience as a guideline)
・Experience in an international legal environment, such as collaboration and support with overseas group companies and handling cases involving overseas regions
・Experience dealing with complex and cross-functional cases such as legal disputes (litigation), M&A, and new business launches
・Intermediate to advanced English (Intermediate: practical experience in drafting, reviewing, and examining English contracts; Advanced: capable of drafting/reviewing legal documents, and holding meetings/negotiating contracts with overseas corporations)

This role is part of the launch phase of a new business segment, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing market. Your ideas and actions will directly contribute to the growth of the business, allowing you to experience both personal career development and the company’s success.
You will work closely with the executive team, frequently engaging in strategy formulation and decision-making processes. This enables you to approach your work with a comprehensive view of the business, broadening your perspective and cultivating a management-oriented mindset—one of the key attractions of this position. The Legal Department consists entirely of professionals holding domestic or international law qualifications.
Additionally, by being involved in Japan’s rare gaming business—manufacturing and selling slot machines for overseas markets, online casino and sports betting operations, and integrated resort projects—you will gain specialized expertise in a global market. This role offers exposure to international trends and regulations, providing knowledge and experience that cannot be acquired elsewhere.
