当社グループの第3の事業となるべく、ゲーミング事業セグメントが立ち上がりました。
ゲーミング事業セグメントの体制整備や戦略実現に向けた各種プロジェクトの推進など、部門やセグメント内の海外グループ企業を横断し、ゲーミング事業セグメントの諸課題の解決に貢献できる人材を募集しております。

・ゲーミング事業セグメントの体制整備や戦略実現に向けたに向けた各種プロジェクトの推進
　ー会社体系整備、人事制度整備など
　ーM＆A案件の推進や新規事業開発など
　ーその他、ゲーミング事業セグメント内で起こる様々な課題の解決
・取締役会等の重要会議体運営
・セグメント全体のコーポレートガバナンスに関連する業務
・ピープルマネジメント

The Gaming Business Segment has been established to become our Group's third business.
We are looking for talent who can contribute to resolving various issues in the Gaming Business Segment across departments and overseas group companies within the segment, such as by establishing the Gaming Business Segment's organizational structure and promoting various projects to realize our strategies.

・Promoting various projects to improve the gaming business segment's structure and realize its strategies
-Improvement of corporate structure, personnel system, etc.
-Promotion of M&A projects, new business development, etc.
-Resolving various issues that arise within the gaming business segment
・Managing important meetings such as the board of directors
・Tasks related to corporate governance for the entire segment
・People management

必須要件　Requirements

・事業会社での経営企画、管理会計、予算策定、経営数値管理等の、業務経験
・M&A経験（ソーシング、エグゼキューション）、DCF・マルチプル法による企業価値評価
・ビジネス会話が可能な英語力
・コーポレートガバナンスに関連する業務経験
・マネジメント経験

・Work experience in corporate planning, management accounting, budget formulation, management numerical management, etc. at a business company
・M&A experience (sourcing, execution), DCF/multiple method corporate valuation
・English ability sufficient for business conversation
・Work experience related to corporate governance
・Management experience
