＜職務内容/役割・責任＞

本ポジションはCybersecurityチームのメンバーとして、セキュリティ規程・ルールに基づき、セキュリティ運用を主体的に実行・定着させる役割を担います。特に、防衛関連案件におけるセキュリティ要求・監査対応を踏まえ、確立された規程・手順に基づく運用を確実に遂行するとともに、日常的なセキュリティ運用の定着に貢献します。また、セキュリティ運用状況の把握および改善に取り組み、組織のセキュリティレベルの維持・向上に寄与していただきます。

 
セキュリティ運用

ž   セキュリティ規程・手順に基づく日常運用の実行

ž   運用状況の記録（証跡）および報告

ž   運用ルール遵守状況の確認および指導

インシデント対応

ž   初動対応（検知・切り分け・エスカレーション）

ž   インシデント記録・報告書作成、再発防止策の実行・フォロー

セキュリティ監査対応

ž   監査に必要な証跡の収集・整理

ž   規程と実運用のギャップ是正

セキュリティ教育・運用展開

ž   セキュリティ教育、訓練の実施、教育資料の更新・改善支援

リスク管理

ž   リスクアセスメントの実施支援

ž   対策案の運用及びフォロー

その他

ž   担当業務におけるPDCAサイクルの継続的な実行

ž   上司から指示されるその他業務の遂行

<求める人物像＞

·       手順に基づき正確に業務を遂行できる方

<必須条件>

·       セキュリティ分野での実務経験（3〜5年目安）

·       セキュリティに関する基礎知識（情報資産管理、リスク評価、法令・規制、インシデント対応など）

·       文書作成能力（規程類、手順書・報告書など）

·       関係者との業務遂行レベルのコミュニケーション能力

<望ましい条件>  

·       政府系・防衛関連プロジェクトにおけるセキュリティ基準に基づく運用経験

·       規制・ガイドライン（NIST、ISMAP 等）に基づく運用経験

·       セキュリティ運用（SOC、CSIRT等）の実務経験

·       監査対応または証跡管理の経験

·       OTセキュリティについての知識・経験

·       セキュリティ関連資格（情報処理安全確保支援士等）の保有、または、資格取得に向けた高い意識と継続的な学習姿勢を有する方

·    英語（技術文書読解、簡単なコミュニケーション）
