Astroscale Japan

総務部門の事務担当者として、アストロスケールにおける従業員体験の向上に向け、職場環境の整備・改善を担う。

＜職務内容/役割・責任＞

次の業務のうち一部業務の主担当者として、ハンズオン業務を担い遂行するとともに、同僚が担うその他の業務をスーパーバイズする、もしくは、サポートする。

オフィスサービス（オペレーション）

• オフィス内で使用される事務消耗品の発注および在庫管理
• オフィス内で提供されるドリンク・スナックサービスの企画および管理、ベンダーによる補充サービス時の受付対応、機器不具合発生時の一次対応
• 郵便・宅配便の受付対応
• 外線電話の受電対応
• オフィス内来客エリアの開錠施錠管理（9時開館18時閉館）
• 社販グッズの出庫事務

ファシリティマネジメント

• オフィスレイアウト管理、オフィス設備管理
• オフィス設備修繕計画の策定および実行
• 移転・拡張時のファシリティ企画立案および一連の工事事務対応
• 契約サービス会社によるオフィス清掃業務の管理
• ビル管理会社との連絡窓口、ビル管理会社による定期設備点検への対応
• 電話回線契約管理
• 固定資産管理

セキュリティマネジメント、安全衛生

• オフィスセキュリティシステムの運用、セキュリティカードの管理
• 防火防災日常点検、自衛消防隊の指揮
• 関連規定の策定、維持管理
• 監査対応

ビジネスサポート

• IT部門と協力したIT周辺機器の物品管理、購入管理
• 保険付保事務手続き

<必須条件>

• 事業会社での5年以上の総務業務実務経験
• 指定された要件、ガイドライン、手順、指示に従った業務遂行力
• 業務遂行の正確性を十分に注意するための自己点検能力
• オフィス運営にかかる企画力
• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語読み書きビジネスレベル
• プロアクティブな姿勢

<望ましい条件>  

• オフィス移転実務の経験
• コスト削減への取り組み経験
