💼 Job Description / 主な業務内容：
You will lead M&A transactions from origination to closing — including:
案件のソーシングからクロージングまで一貫して担当いただきます。

• Investor and deal sourcing / 案件発掘・提案
• Client engagement / 顧客折衝
• Valuation / バリュエーション
• Due diligence support/ デューデリジェンス支援
• Negotiations / 交渉・契約支援

📌 What We're Looking For / 応募要件：

🔹 Senior Manager / シニアマネージャー
Must-Haves / 必須条件：
• 5+ years as lead advisor in cross-border M&A at an M&A firm or financial institution, or equivalent experience
（M&Aファーム・金融機関等でクロスボーダーM&Aアドバイザーとして主担当経験5年以上、またはそれに準ずる経験）
• Advanced business-level English and Japanese proficiency / ビジネス上級レベルの英語力、日本語力
• Strong project ownership and team leadership skills / プロジェクトオーナーシップを持ち、チームで結果を出せる方

Nice-to-Haves / 歓迎条件：
• CPA (Japan/US), CFA / 会計士（補）、米国公認会計士、CFA
• M&A team management / M&Aチームのマネジメント経験
• Experience in handling cross-border transactions / 海外業務経験者

🔹 Manager / マネージャー
Must-Haves / 必須条件：
• 1+ years as project lead in M&A (domestic or cross-border), or equivalent experience
（M&Aファーム、金融機関、事業会社等でのM&Aプロジェクトマネジメント経験1年以上、またはそれに準ずる経験）
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English; advanced Japanese / ビジネス中級〜上級レベルの英語力、日本語力
• Strong project ownership and collaboration skills / 主体的に業務を推進でき、チームで成果を出せる方

Nice-to-Haves / 歓迎条件：
• Cross-border M&A experience / クロスボーダーM&A経験
• CPA, USCPA, CFA / 会計士（補）、米国公認会計士、CFA
• Background in trading companies, banks, or financial institutions / 商社・銀行・証券会社での業務経験
• Knowledge and experience in accounting and finance / 金融・会計業務の知識・経験

🔹 Analyst / アナリスト
Must-Haves / 必須条件：
• Advanced proficiency in English and upper-intermediate level Japanese
（上級レベルの英語力・ビジネス中級レベル以上の日本語力）
• Strong base knowledge of finance and accounting (Preferred: CPA, CFA, USCPA, securities analyst, or equivalent)
（公認会計士、証券アナリスト、USCPA、CFA、またはこれに準ずる財務会計知識）
• Ability to manage tasks and timelines proactively / 自律的にアウトプットを管理できる方

Nice-to-Haves / 歓迎条件：
• M&A-related experience (not mandatory) / M&A業務経験者（必須ではありません）
• Experience in finance, trading, or banking / 金融・商社・銀行・証券会社での経験
• Strong interest in cross-border deals and advisory / クロスボーダー案件・アドバイザリー業務への強い関心
