Welcome someone desiring to be the bridge between Japan and international market to apply to be a member of our institute, to realize “No Border M&A”. In particular, we are currently expecting an increase in cross-border opportunities related to Taiwanese and overseas Chinese companies.

Job Description

You will lead M&A transactions from origination to closing — including:

• Market analysis 

• Investor and deal origination 

• Client engagement

• Valuation

• Due diligence support 

• Negotiations 

• Documentations

What We're Looking For

１）Manager

Must-Haves：

• 3+ years as project lead in M&A （domestic or cross-border）， or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in English and Chinese, especially Traditional Chinese in business writing, as well as intermediate level Japanese

• Strong project ownership and team working skills

Nice-to-Haves：

• Cross-border M&A experience 

• CPA， USCPA， CFA

• Experience in finance or general trading house

• Strength or strong interest in some specific industry

２）Analyst

Must-Haves：

• Interest in Japanese economy and cross-border M&A

• Proficiency in Chinese, especially Traditional Chinese in business writing, advanced English, as well as Japanese conversation skill

• Strong base knowledge of finance and accounting (Preferred: CPA, CFA, USCPA, securities analyst, or equivalent)

• Capability or competence to leverage various AI tools and data sources, to manage tasks efficiently and proactively

Nice-to-Haves：

• M&A-related experience

• Experience in finance or general trading house

• Partial exposure to IT / AI / consulting under growing startup targeting IPO in the future.

• Base salary + up to 15% commission on the generated revenue of the consultant
