Position Overview
JCAI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support its corporate finance and M&A advisory activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to live transactions, financial analysis, and strategic advisory work.

Key Responsibilities
Support corporate finance initiatives, including capital raising and M&A transactions
Assist in sourcing and origination efforts, including target identification, market mapping, and outreach support
Prepare marketing materials such as pitch books, presentations, and investment teasers
Conduct market research, financial analysis, and company valuations
Assist in commercial due diligence and strategic assessment processes
Maintain and expand the firm’s investor database

Qualifications
Current university student pursuing a degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Basic financial modeling skills preferred
Ability to commit full-time for a minimum of 3 months
Typically open to students beyond their first year of study

Working Conditions
Contract Type: This position is on a independent contractor basis.
Work Location: Fully remote
Working Hours: Standard hours are 8 hours per day (typically between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM SGT). However, hours may vary depending on assigned projects. We expect a high degree of autonomy and self-management in handling your tasks.
