職務内容 (Responsibilities)

・不動産取得に係る業務
・私募ファンド・私募REITへのエクイティ出資関連業務
・M&A、スポンサー及びスポンサーの事業投資先とのコラボレーション
・Source and execute commercial real estate acquisition opportunities
・Conduct equity investments in private funds and private REITs
・Support and execute M&A transactions
・Collaborate with sponsors and their portfolio companies to identify and develop investment opportunities

学歴・資格等 (Qualifications)

・四年制大学卒業以上
・英語力（社内資料作成、スポンサー会社とのコミュニケーション等）
・日本都市ファンド投資法人ならびに産業ファンド投資法人の監督役員の２親等親族にあたらない方
・Bachelor’s degree or higher
・Business-level English proficiency (e.g., preparing internal materials and communicating with sponsor companies)
・Must not be a second-degree relative of a supervisory officer of Nippon Urban Fund Investment Corporation or Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation

必要な能力及び経験 (Required Skills & Experience)

【Skill】 (Professional Experience)
・J-REIT関連、私募ファンド関連、不動産ファイナンス関連、M&A関連、PE・投資銀行関連業務に従事した経験のある方
・会計税務法務知識を有している方
・MS Office （Word / Excel / Power Point / E-mail）スキル必須、英語力あれば尚可
・Experience in J-REIT, private funds, real estate finance, M&A, private equity, or investment banking
・Working knowledge of accounting, taxation, and legal matters related to investments
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
