Responsibilities
・Source, evaluate, and execute commercial real estate acquisition opportunities
・Conduct equity investments in private funds and private REITs
・Support and execute M&A and strategic investment transactions
・Collaborate with sponsors and their portfolio companies to originate and develop investment opportunities
・Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and investment documentation related to transactions
Qualifications
・Bachelor’s degree or higher
・Business-level English proficiency, including preparation of internal materials and communication with sponsor companies
・Must not be a second-degree relative of a supervisory officer of Nippon Urban Fund Investment Corporation or Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation
Required Skills & Experience
Professional Experience
・Experience in J-REITs, private real estate funds, real estate finance, M&A, private equity, or investment banking
・Knowledge of accounting, taxation, and legal considerations related to investment transactions
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
