Investment Manager / Vice President – Hard Assets

Responsibilities

・Execute real estate acquisition and disposition transactions (primarily acquisitions)
・Conduct real estate market analysis, area analysis, tenant and industry analysis, and financial analysis

Qualifications

・Bachelor’s degree or higher
・Real Estate Transaction Specialist (Takken) license required
(If not currently held, the license must be obtained after joining the company)
・Real Estate Appraiser, ARES Certified Master, or other real estate / finance-related qualifications preferred
・Must not be a second-degree relative of a supervisory officer of Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Corporation (JMF) or Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation (IIF)

Required Skills & Experience

・Experience in corporate sales related to real estate is required
・Ability (or strong potential) to manage the full transaction process, including client origination, relationship development, investment sourcing, property valuation, DCF analysis, due diligence, documentation, and transaction closing
・Strong communication skills and motivation to continuously develop business networks
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required
・English proficiency preferred
