Vice President / Manager – Capital Markets (Debt)

Responsibilities

・Arrange and execute debt financing for Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Corporation (JMF) and Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation (IIF), including bank loans and investment corporation bonds
・Arrange debt financing for newly established private funds
・Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, including major commercial banks, government-affiliated banks, regional banks, and insurance companies
・Negotiate and execute loan agreements
・Conduct debt investor relations for bond investors, execute underwriting agreements, and liaise with credit rating agencies
・Support equity financing initiatives and propose asset–liability management (ALM) strategies
・Develop and propose new financing structures and funding methods
・Prepare materials for internal meetings and coordinate with relevant internal departments
・Provide internal briefings on financial market conditions and regulatory developments

Qualifications

・Bachelor’s degree or higher
・Experience at a financial institution, or treasury / finance experience at a corporation or fund management company
・ARES Certified Master or other real estate-related qualifications (e.g., Real Estate Transaction Specialist) preferred
・Must not be a second-degree relative of a supervisory officer of Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Corporation (JMF) or Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation (IIF)

Required Skills & Experience

・Five or more years of experience at a financial institution or in corporate / fund treasury functions, particularly in corporate loan or non-recourse loan financing
・Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required
・English proficiency equivalent to approximately TOEIC 700 or above
