About the Job


We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of frontend applications using the latest technologies, including TypeScript, React, and Next.js. In this role, you will provide technical guidance to the team on solving complex challenges and designing robust architectures. You will actively engage in code reviews, automated testing, and code quality improvements, fostering a high standard of code across the team. You will also promote and introduce new processes and development methods, building a sustainable and scalable foundation for long-term maintainability.

As a Senior Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other development teams to propose and drive feature implementations aligned with business requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to elevating the technical maturity of the team through knowledge sharing, setting best practices, and promoting skill development.

Front-End: TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, Storybook, Nx, GraphQL

Application Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript
  • Experience with HTML / CSS / JavaScript development
  • Experience with CI/CD workflows
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers and designers
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Japanese for development tasks or equivalent English level

Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience as a tech lead or team lead
  • Experience with Agile development
  • Understanding and experience with test automation
  • Experience optimizing front-end performance
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices
  • Understanding of accessibility
  • Familiarity with design systems
