主要メンバーとして、開発組織の生産性向上に貢献し、製品開発をリード頂くポジションです。

【主な責任】
経営チームと協力し、開発組織の全体的な生産性を向上させる戦略を提案し実施する。
開発戦略の策定と実行をリードする。
開発フローの改善と強化を行う。
会社の成長計画に沿った製品および開発戦略の形成に積極的に参加する。

【現在のチーム構成】
プロダクトマネージャー1名、エンジニア3名、デザイナー1名で構成され、週次スプリントで協力して作業を進めています。
小さなバッチサイズでの迅速なデプロイ、バックログアイテムのリードタイム測定に重点を置き、チームの生産性の可視化と改善に注力しています。

【Overview】
Join a venture specializing in exercise therapy cloud services, which recently secured 150 million yen in funding. As a key member, you'll enhance the development organization's productivity and contribute to product development.

【Key Responsibilities】
Propose and implement strategies to boost the overall productivity of the development organization, in collaboration with the management team.
Lead the team in formulating and executing development strategies.
Improve and strengthen development workflows.
Actively participate in shaping the product and development strategies in line with the company's growth plans.

【Current Team Structure】
The team consists of 1 Product Manager, 3 Engineers, and 1 Designers, working together on weekly sprints.
Emphasizes rapid deployment with small batch sizes, measuring lead times for backlog items, and focusing on visualizing and improving team productivity.
