What you will do (Responsibilities):

Ÿ   Create content (including both copy and design creation) for various marketing channels such as internal/external EDM, Corporate Website Blog, Social Media Posting in both Japanese and English

Ÿ   Collaborate with PR Japan’s consultants and IRB Marketing team to create sales decks and support the HQ’s marketing team to customize and localize the marketing intelligence reports for lead gen (from both New CL/CDD acquisition and Existing CL/CDD reactivation)

Ÿ   Support all local events, campaigns, and PR activities to enhance brand awareness and ensure the brand message delivery is aligned with corporate strategy and standards

Ÿ   Analyze campaign/initiative performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals and objectives

Ÿ   Work with relevant departments/stakeholders to fulfill the internal communication, employee engagement, and hiring-related branding initiatives assignments

Ÿ   Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends and monitor and report on competitor activity to stay ahead of market trends and changes

 What we expect of you (Requirements):

Ÿ   Bachelor’s degree or above, 1-3 year’s work experience(s) in advertising, PR or Marcom Dept. in B2B industry is preferred

Ÿ   Creative for design, able to use Adobe Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop, and passionate about digital tool utilization is highly preferred

Ÿ   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to conduct and be part of any cross-functional/regional projects

Ÿ   Fluent in Japanese, Business level English, Revelant marketing related experience 

Ÿ   Versatile team player, capable of setting goals and driving the organization toward achieving company’s goals

Ÿ   A quick learner, detail-oriented, open-minded, and energetic.
