Outline of the Job

You will be responsible for planning evaluation items and test items in accordance with the control requirement specifications for a flying car (manned drone), and for compiling control design reviews.

The control system for a flying car, which incorporates a variety of functions and equipment in a compact fuselage, is complex and precise. In order to operate the aircraft as a passenger aircraft, type certification activities are also extremely important. This position is important to ensure the safety and reliability of the aircraft control system by conducting design reviews based on the control requirement specifications and by defining evaluation and test items to properly evaluate and verify the control design, from overall control to each control function, to facilitate design activities.

The successful candidate will lead a team in charge of control law evaluation and promote collaboration and cooperation with each team and member of the control design team.

・Experience in designing and reviewing evaluation items for control systems.

仕事内容

■空飛ぶクルマ(有人ドローン)の制御要求仕様に即した評価項目や試験項目の設計、及び制御設計レビューの取りまとめを担当頂きます。

■コンパクトな機体に様々な機能や装備を盛り込んだ空飛ぶクルマの制御システムは複雑で緻密なものとなります。また、旅客機として運航する為には型式証明活動も非常に重要となります。今回のポジションでは制御要求仕様に基づき、制御設計を適切に評価・検証する為の評価項目、試験項目を制御全体から各制御機能まで定め設計レビューを行うことで、設計活動を円滑に進め、機体制御の安全性や信頼性を担保していく重要なポジションとなります。

■今回ご入社頂く方には制御則評価担当チームの中核として部下を率い、制御設計の各チーム・メンバーとの連携・協力を推進して頂きます。
