仕事内容

■空飛ぶクルマに搭載するバッテリーマネジメントシステム（BMS）開発に関連する業務をリードおよびメンバーマネジメントを担って頂きます。
1)バッテリーの要求定義策定
- 機体システム側の要求および電池仕様より、BMS及び充電器の仕様検討と要求仕様策定を実施
- 各種航空認証に関する書類の作成
2)パートナー企業との関係構築およびプロジェクト管理
- パートナーへの設計・製作依頼
- コントロール、品質監査などの実施
3)評価試験
- 機体システム及び電池を含めた実機性能確認および課題抽出
（例：電池計測値/SOC状態推定値の解析評価、機体側システムとの通信評価など）
- 型式証明を取得するための安全分析(FTA、FMEAなど)、設計検討/評価結果などのエビデンスまとめ

必須スキル

・BMSやBMU、ECUの開発（制御もしくは回路設計）もしくは、評価経験
・開発プロジェクトリード経験

歓迎スキル

・CAN通信の知見を有する方
・機能安全の開発経験がある方
・電池のSOC/SOH状態推定制御ロジックの開発経験のある方
・MatLab Simulinkの活用経験
・CHAdeMO、CCSなど充電器とのインターフェースに知見のある方
・英語力（サプライヤーとの調整、文書読解・作成などが可能なレベル）

Outline of the job

■You will be in charge of leading and team management of the battery management system(BMS) installed in the flying car。
1) Formulation of battery requirement definition
- Based on aircraft system requirements and battery specifications, examine and formulate BMS and charger specifications.
- Preparation of documents related to various aviation certifications.
2) Relationship building and project management with partner companies.
- Design and production request to partners.
- Conducting controls and quality audit etc.
3) Evaluation Test
- Check the performance of the flying unit including the airframe system and battery and identify issues  ( example, analysis and evaluation of battery measurement value/ SOC state estimation value, communication evaluation with aircraft system side  etc. )
- Summary of evidence such as safety analysis( FTA, FMEA etc.) and design review/evaluation results for obtaining type certifications.

■ For flying safely we have used lithium ion batteries on flying cars as they are  light weight, high power and above all  are highly safe and reliable.
In addition, since we have a small and elite development team, you will be involved from the upstream process such as formulation of required specification to much wider technical areas that make the battery construction like cells, packs and controls. It is an environment you will surely feel that you have created the battery control system of a flying car with your own hand.

Essential Skills

Who satisfy the following

・BMS, BMU, ECU development ( control or circuit design) or evaluation experience.
・Project development lead experience.

Disirable Skills

・Have knowledge of CAN communication.
・Experience in developing flying unit safety.
・Have experience in developing SOC/SOH state estimation control logic for batteries.
・Practical experience of using MatLab , Simulink.
・Have knowledge on interface with chargers such as CHAdeMO、CCS.
・English proficiency( ability to coordinate with suppliers, read, understand and prepare documents etc. )
