業務概要

空飛ぶクルマの機体開発・事業開発を進める当社において、サプライチェーンマネジメントをけん引していただけるメンバーを募集します。

具体的には、割り振られたプロジェクトに対して、以下業務をお任せいたします。

1. 機体開発やPMO、品質保証、製造、法務、カスタマーサービス、事業開発チームなど、多岐にわたるチームと協力し、製品要件を決定
2. サプライヤーとのコミュニケーションや社内情報共有のリード
3. サプライヤーの市場分析を行い、市場情報を集約
4. RFI/RFPプロセスおよび契約、交渉リード
5. 技術的な交渉のサポートとタイムリーな問題の解決
6. サプライヤーの選定プロセス（調整、評価、報告、連絡）のリード
7. サプライヤーとの良好な関係構築と維持

必須スキル

1. 航空宇宙産業、自動車産業、宇宙産業におけるサプライチェーン業務の実務経験（5年以上）
2. 優れたビジネス交渉能力と契約管理に関するご経験
3. プロジェクト管理に関するご経験
4. SCMや経営、ファイナンス、エンジニアリング、またはその他関連分野の大学を卒業した方
5. 自分の業績とそれが会社の成功に与える影響に対する当事者意識と誇りを持てる方
6. 批判的思考と問題解決能力をお持ちの方
7. 優れた対人能力、コミュニケーション能力、チームワークを重んじることができる方
8. ビジネスレベルの英語力

Role Overview

For assigned work-packages

1. Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, PMO, Quality Assurance, Customer Service,Manufacturing and Sales teams to determine products requirements.
2. Lead communications with suppliers and internal reporting.
3. Perform supplier market analysis and consolidate market intelligence.
4. Lead RFI/RFP processes and contracts/commercial negotiations.
5. Support technical negotiations and solve issues in a timely manner.
6. Lead suppliers’ selection process (coordination, evaluation, reporting and communications).
7. Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Essential

1. Previous working experience in Supply Chain for five (5) years in aerospace (preferred), automotive or space industries.
2. Excellent business negotiation skills and demonstrated contract management experience.
3. Excellent project management skills.
4. University degree in Supply Chain Management, Administration, Finance, Engineering or another relevant field.
5. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
6. Team player, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
7. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
