Outline of the Job

You will be responsible for managing/organizing/growing the laboratory testing team (test at equipment, systems level and iron Bird) and the flight test team (ground test and flight tests) (note the flight test execution will be performed by the Ops team)

Theses teams are responsible of clarifying the definition of the laboratory tests, ground and flight test with the design groups (structure, power train, flight systems, flight science) define the test procedures, define the test means, procure and install them, validate the test means for all lab, ground, flight tests and perform the tests for lab and ground tests. Produce tests reports and debrief with test requester.

(Scope of change) Reassignment may occur to any other work.

You will be defining and performing testing on new technology and leading eVTOL company in the world and first in Japan. You will lead a mutilcultural team with a wide range of technologies involved.  You can make the difference for the development speed, safety of the SD05.

Essential Skills

- Experience in setting up test team and test labs for flying vehicles, Flight test support.
- English language
- Capability to lead a interdisciplinary international team

- Japanese
- Network in aerospace equipment testing world

業務内容

空飛ぶクルマの試験全般を執り行う試験グループマネージャーとして、飛行試験・地上試験・要素試験全般をとりまとめていただきます。

- 飛行試験、地上試験、要素試験を含む試験活動の計画、実施、管理
- 試験グループのマネジメントおよびリーダーシップを提供し、試験目標の達成に向けた調整を行う
- 試験結果の分析および評価を行い、改善点を特定して次の試験サイクルに反映する
- 試験プログラムの進行状況を監視し、問題点やリスクを特定し、必要に応じて対策を立案する
- 飛行試験活動の安全性と規制要件への遵守を確保するために、関係する法規制やガイドラインに従う他、航空安全推進室・品質保証統括室等と連携しながらプロジェクトを進める
- 試験に関連する予算とスケジュールを管理し、目標の達成に向けたリソースの最適な配置を行う
