Purpose Statement

●当社のITインフラ部門では、グローバルに展開するオフィス（東京、大阪、福岡、シンガポール、香港、オークランド、ロンドン、エディンバラ、ニューヨーク）を統合的に支えるインフラ環境を構築・運用しています。Infrastructure Engineerは、サーバー、ネットワーク、ストレージ、クラウド、セキュリティ、監視、海外拠点支援など、広範な業務領域を統括し、安定したIT基盤の維持と改善を担います。

●Our IT Infrastructure Department builds and operates an integrated environment that supports our offices worldwide, including those in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Singapore, Hong Kong, Auckland, London, Edinburgh, and New York. The Infrastructure Group is responsible for servers, networks, storage, cloud services, security, monitoring, and providing support for our international locations.

Key Responsibilities

●ITインフラの設計、構築、運用、改善（オンプレミスおよびクラウド環境）
●サーバー、ネットワーク、ストレージ、仮想化環境（Azure等）の管理
●セキュリティ対策の実施と脆弱性管理
●システム監視、障害対応、トラブルシューティング
●海外拠点との連携によるグローバルサポート

●Design, build, operate, and improve our IT infrastructure (on-premises and cloud environments).
●Manage servers, networks, storage, and virtualization environments (e.g., Azure).
●Implement security measures and manage vulnerabilities.
●Monitor systems, respond to incidents, and troubleshoot issues.
●Provide global support through collaboration with overseas offices.

Knowledge and Skills

●サーバー、ネットワーク、Microsoft Azure, VMware 構築、設定、運用に関する実践的な知識
●ビジネスレベルの日本語運用能力、および英語での読み書き・会話スキル
●ドキュメント作成・手順書整備・ナレッジ共有

●Practical experience in building, configuring, and operating servers, networks, Microsoft Azure, and VMware
●Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
●Ability to create documentation, develop procedure manuals, and share knowledge
 

Experience and Qualification

●Windows Server及びNetworkに関する4年以上の構築・運用経験
●Microsoft Azure PaaS/IaaS, VMware環境の構築・設定・運用経験
●Azure SQL Databaseの経験　（あればより良い）
●Microsoft SQL Serverの構築・運用経験
●Linux , AWS環境構築・運用経験（あればより良い）
●セキュリティパッチ適用、脆弱性対応、IT標準の策定と遵守
●日本語、英語（読み書き・会話）

●4+ years of experience building and operating Windows Server and network environments
●Experience building, configuring, and operating Microsoft Azure PaaS/IaaS and VMware environments
●Experience with Azure SQL Database (preferred)
●Experience building and operating Microsoft SQL Server
●Experience building and operating Linux and AWS environments (preferred)
●Experience applying security patches, responding to vulnerabilities, and formulating and complying with IT standards
●Proficiency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
