Purpose Statement

アモーヴァ・アセットマネジメントでは、生成AIの安全かつ効果的な活用を全社で推進するため、AI Platform & Governance Leadを募集します。本ポジションは、Microsoft Copilot、Azure OpenAI、Google Gemini、Anthropic Claudeなど複数のAIプラットフォームを横断的に評価・導入し、セキュリティ、ガバナンス、コスト管理、利用促進をリードする役割です。

Amova Asset Management is seeking an AI Platform & Governance Lead to help drive the safe, effective, and scalable use of generative AI across the firm. This role will evaluate, implement, and govern multiple AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude, while leading security, governance, cost management, and adoption initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

●Google Gemini、NotebookLM、Vertex AI、Anthropic Claude等のAIサービスの評価・管理
●AI利用時のデータ保護、DLP (Data Loss Prevention)、アクセス管理、監査ログレビューの推進
●AI関連ライセンス、サブスクリプション、API利用料、クラウドコストの管理と最適化
●AI利用状況、ROI (Return on Investment)、投資対効果の可視化と経営層向けレポーティング
●AI関連サービス・インフラの運用支援、サービスデスクからの二次対応、継続的改善のリード
●ビジネス部門、Cyber Security Operations、IT Control、グローバルITチーム、外部ベンダーとの調整
●AI活用推進に向けた教育、啓発、標準化、PoCの企画・実行

●Develop and maintain the firmwide AI strategy, AI roadmap, and AI usage policies.
●Evaluate, implement, and support Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Azure OpenAI Service.
●Assess and manage AI services such as Google Gemini, NotebookLM, Vertex AI, and Anthropic Claude.
●Promote data protection, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), access management, and audit log review for AI usage.
●Manage and optimize AI-related licenses, subscriptions, API usage costs, and cloud spend.
●Measure AI adoption, ROI (Return on Investment), and business impact, and prepare reporting for senior stakeholders.
●Coordinate with business teams, Cyber Security Operations, IT Control, global IT teams, and external vendors.
●Plan and execute AI enablement activities, internal education, standardization, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Knowledge and Skills / Required Qualifications

●ITインフラ、クラウド、セキュリティ、ITガバナンス、またはSaaS運用のいずれかに関する実務経験
●AI、クラウド、セキュリティ、ガバナンス領域への強い関心と学習意欲
●複数の関係者と連携し、要件整理、課題管理、意思決定支援を行った経験
●ベンダー、社内IT、セキュリティ部門、ビジネス部門との調整経験
●英語で技術文書を読み、海外ベンダーまたはグローバルITチームとコミュニケーションできること

●Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: IT infrastructure, cloud, security, IT governance, or SaaS operations.
●Strong interest in AI, cloud, security, and governance, with a willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
●Experience working with multiple stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage issues, and support decision-making.
●Experience coordinating with vendors, internal IT teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.
●Ability to read technical documentation in English and communicate with overseas vendors or global IT teams.

Experience and Qualification / Preferred Qualifications

●Microsoft 365 Copilot、GitHub Copilot、Azure OpenAI、Google Gemini、Anthropic Claude等の利用または導入経験
●DLP (Data Loss Prevention)、IAM (Identity and Access Management)、SSO (Single Sign-On)、SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language)、OAuth (Open Authorization)等の知識
●RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)、LLMOps (Large Language Model Operations)、AI Agent、Prompt Engineeringに関する知識
●FinOps、クラウドコスト管理、SaaSライセンス管理、ROI分析の経験
●金融業界、資産運用、銀行、証券、保険等におけるIT、セキュリティ、クラウド運用経験
●PowerShell、Python、GitHub Enterprise、GitHub Actions等を用いた自動化経験
●日本語での日常会話、読み書き、または社内調整ができること

●Experience using, evaluating, or implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or similar AI services.
●Knowledge of DLP (Data Loss Prevention), IAM (Identity and Access Management), SSO (Single Sign-On), SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language), OAuth (Open Authorization), or related security technologies.
●Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LLMOps (Large Language Model Operations), AI agents, or prompt engineering.
●Experience with FinOps, cloud cost management, SaaS license management, or ROI analysis.
●Experience in financial services, asset management, banking, securities, insurance, or a regulated industry.
●Experience with automation using PowerShell, Python, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
●Japanese communication, reading, writing, or stakeholder coordination skills are welcome but not required.

Language Requirements

●英語: 技術文書の読解、海外ベンダーおよびグローバルITチームとのコミュニケーションが可能なレベル
●日本語: 必須ではありません。日常会話または読み書きができれば歓迎しますが、英語で業務遂行できる方も応募対象です。

●English: Ability to read technical documents and communicate with overseas vendors and global IT teams.
●Japanese: Not mandatory. Conversational Japanese, reading, writing, or local stakeholder coordination skills are welcome, but candidates who can perform the role in English are also encouraged to apply.
