今回募集するポジションは、アモーヴァ・アセットマネジメントのビジネスの中核である運用部門で運用する種々の運用戦略について、データに基づいた様々な分析を行い、リスク部門としてのモニタリングを遂行すると共に、分析結果を基に運用部門との継続的な対話を通じて、適切な運用ガバナンスを確保する大変重要な業務です。/ This position is responsible for conducting various data-based analysis of our investment strategies and monitoring them from risk perspective. This is a very important job to ensure appropriate governance through continuous communications with investment divisions based on the results of the analysis.

Purpose Statement

●運用リスク関連のデータ処理とデータ整備、ツールの自動処理と出力のDB化 / operate investment risk related data process, create automation process to store data into database
●BIツールと連携するデータ整備 / create reports using BI tool
●以上の維持管理 / manage these process
 

Key Responsibilities

●リスクツールからのデータ出力のDB化 / get data from risk tools and store it into database
●データのクリーニングとビジュアル化、レポート化 / clean data then create a report using visualization tool
●以上をITスキルを持って関係各部署と折衝を行い、最終成果物を完成させ管理する / communicate with various departments and maintain the data and reports

Knowledge and Skills  

●1年以上のPython (preferred), R, Javaの経験 / Have at least one year of Python (preferred)/R/Java experience
●SQLを使いデータの取得やデータベースの構築ができる / Comfortably use SQL to query data and construct efficient tables

Experience and Qualification

●ポートフォリオ分析、財務諸表分析の経験あれば尚可 / Experience in portfolio analysis, financial data analysis is a plus
●リスクシステムの使用経験あれば尚可 / Experience in the use of risk systems  (e.g. Barra, FactSet, Aladdin, RiskMetrics, Bloomberg PORT,etc) is a plus
●金融市場、証券、投資に関する知識あれば尚可 / Knowledge of financial markets, securities and general investment themes is a plus
●プログラミングスキル(VBA, Matlab, SAS, Tableau etc) あれば尚可 / Programming skills (VBA, Matlab, SAS, Tableau etc) is a plus
●ビジネス英語以上 / Native (or near native) level English is a plus
