Purpose Statement

●当メンバーは資産運用会社のテクノロジー・ソリューション部－国内Web&ワークフロー開発グループに所属し、主に社内情報ポータルサイトの運営及びワークフローシステムの開発・運営に従事する。 

●This member will be part of the Domestic Web and Workflow Development Group under Technology Solutions Dept. of Asset Management Company. Mainly responsible for operation and workflow development of internal SharePoint portal site.

Key Responsibilities

本ポジションは、上席者の指示のもと、以下の業務を遂行することを期待しています。

●社内情報ポータルサイトまたワークフローシステムに関する業務要件定義支援からプロジェクトの管理
●社内ルールを遵守し、担当プロジェクトの推進を支援。
●社内外関係者と良好なコミュニケーションを取り、円滑なプロジェクト推進を支援。
●ユーザ要件およびAS-ISシステムを理解し、効果的なTO-BEシステムの検討を支援。
●プロジェクト計画書、要件定義書、各種設計書、ワークフロー図、テスト計画書等のドキュメント作成およびレビューを支援。
●各プロジェクトでの成果物のレビューを支援。

●Support the definition of business requirements related to the company website, as well as overall project management.
●Promote assigned projects in compliance with internal rules and policies.
●Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
●Understand user requirements and the current (AS-IS) system, and support the consideration and design of an effective future-state (TO-BE) system.
●Support the creation and review of project-related documents, including project plans, requirement definition documents, various design documents, workflow diagrams, and test plans.
●Support the review of deliverables for each project.

Knowledge and Skills  

●金融、ITベンダー等での5年以上のIT業務経験
●システムの開発導入プロジェクトを組成・リードした経験
●ITベンダーと協働しシステム開発・導入プロジェクトを運営する経験
●ビジネス部門と様々な要望事項を整理・調整し、業務要件をまとめた経験
●プロジェクトライフサイクルの各フェーズのプロジェクトマネジメント関連スキル、PMI資格保有があれば尚良い（任意）
●ソフトウェア開発・DBオブジェクト開発の経験（任意）
●システム開発・システム運用サイクルの基本知識
●CMS(Joomla, Sitefinity等)関連ウェブサイトプロジェクトのデリバリーした経験
●UX/UI、Web テクノロジー（HTML/CSS/JavaScript）、およびレスポンシブデザインの関連スキル
●ウェブサイト移行、SEO、解析（Google Analytics）の関連スキル
●流暢な日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語の会話力（必須）

●More than 5 years of IT-related work experience at financial institutions, IT vendors, or similar organizations (Must)
●Experience in leading system development and implementation projects (Must)
●Experience in working collaboratively with IT vendors to manage system development and implementation projects (Must)
●Experience in gathering, organizing, and coordinating various requirements from business departments and defining business requirements (Must)
●Project management skills across all phases of the project lifecycle; PMI certification is a plus (optional)
●Experience in software development and database object development (optional)
●Fundamental knowledge of the system development and system operations lifecycle
●Experience delivering CMS-based website projects (e.g., Joomla, Sitefinity)
●Skills related to UX/UI, web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), and responsive design
●Skills related to website migration, SEO, and analytics (Google Analytics)
●
Fluent Japanese and business-level conversational English (Must)

Experience and Qualification

●ビジネス部門もしくは顧客と様々な業務要件を整理・調整し、業務要件定義をまとめた実務経験（必須）
●アプリケーション開発に関するプロジェクトリードした経験 (必須)
●コンピュータ専門校レベルでの専門知識（必須）
●金融商品と財務会計の知識（あれば尚可）

●Working experience on business analysis collecting requirements from business users (Must)
●Experience on leading system development project (Must)
●Bachelor’s Degree / preferable computer science (Must)
●Financial product knowledge and related fund business knowledge (Nice to have)
