Arches（アーチーズ）は、アジアを中心に 「知見（ナレッジ）」 をつなぐプラットフォームを展開するグローバルスタートアップです。
企業の経営課題を解決するために、世界中のエキスパート（専門家）と、知見を求める企業をマッチング。戦略コンサルティングファームや投資会社、大手事業会社など、世界の意思決定を支える 『知識の架け橋』 として事業を展開しています。

弊社が求めているのは、単純作業をこなすアシスタントではなく、採用チームの意思決定に関わる人材です。
スカウトの返信が伸び悩めば、メッセージを自ら見直し磨き直す。

選考の歩留まりが落ちれば、ボトルネックを分析しマネージャーに改善提案をする。
こうした場面で、「言われたことをやる」のではなく、「なぜその施策が必要か」を自分で考え、結果に責任を持てる方を求めています。
責任は大きい分、裁量も大きいポジションです。

インターン内容

・新卒・インターン採用における戦略的スカウティング（ターゲット設計〜候補者アプローチ）
・候補者一人ひとりの経歴・志向を踏まえたパーソナライズドメッセージの設計・実行
・選考進捗・歩留まりの数値管理と、ボトルネック分析に基づく改善提案
・マネージャー層と連携した選考基準・面接体制のブラッシュアップ
・状況に応じて、一次面接官としての選考対応（習熟度・適性を見て判断）
単発のタスク遂行ではなく、「なぜその施策を行うのか」を自分で言語化し、結果に責任を持てる方を想定しています。

応募要件

▶︎ 必須経験
・週3日以上・1日3時間以上、かつ最低6ヶ月以上（可能であれば卒業まで）のコミットメントが可能な方
・社内の機密情報（候補者情報・選考基準等）を適切に管理できる方
・過去に何かしらの活動・組織・数値目標に対して、成果として語れる実績を持つ方
（サークル運営、アルバイトでの表彰、個人の資格・実績等、内容は問いません）

▶︎歓迎スキル
・人事・採用・またはそれに準ずるバックオフィス業務の実務経験

（学生団体・アルバイト等での採用関連経験を含み、単なる説明会運営や事務作業のみの経験は対象外）
・Excel・Wordを用いた資料作成・データ管理の実務レベルの操作スキル
（関数を用いた簡易集計ができること）
・ビジネスシーンでの日本語での文章作成能力
（誤字脱字なく、初見の相手にも意図が伝わる文章が書ける）
・定量データを用いた業務改善提案の経験
（KPI管理、簡易分析など）
・対外的な交渉・折衝経験
（アルバイト・サークル運営・営業経験等）
・人材業界・HRテック業界への就職を具体的に検討している方
