仕事内容

Archesセールス部署は弊社のサービスに潜在的にニーズを持っていそうなコンサルティングファーム・投資ファンド・事業会社への営業活動を行っております。営業活動は主に「Acquisition=新規顧客の開拓」と「Activation=既存顧客の利用推進」に大きく分かれ、地域も国内と海外でチームが分かれております。

大まかな業務内容は以下の通りです。

[Acquisition]

・コンサルティングファーム/投資ファンド/事業会社への新規開拓アプローチ
競合他社の導入事例やインターナルリファラルなどを使い、ポテンシャルの高いターゲット企業をリストアップしてアポイントメントを取ります。商談準備の段階で先方企業にとってニーズがありそうなエキスパートリストを準備し商談を実施。感触がよかった場合にはトライアルPJTを頂きオペレーションチームへ移管します。

・CEO直下チームにて営業プロセス・管理の仕組み作り

[Activation]

・セールスアクティベーション
各企業のマネージャーとの関係構築や進捗報告を行いつつ、会社内でサービスを広めてもらう活動を行います。個人単位で、LinkedInなどでその企業の方と直接コミュニケーションを取ることもあります。

・オペレーションアクティベーション
既存顧客の中でも2~3ヶ月以上動きがない企業に対してコミュニケーションを取り状況を伺います。例えば過去の案件を掘り起こして、その案件に関連するニュース（メルマガ）を送付したり、喫緊のインタビューニーズを伺い利用を促進します。

募集要件

・月~金の平日毎日2,3時間以上の時間が取れる方
・2025年3月まで稼働可能な方
・グローバルマインドをお持ちの方
・基本的なPCスキルお持ちの方（エクセル、PPT等）
・オープンマインドで向上心のある方
