コンサルティングプロジェクトのサポート

①業務内容: 
→主な業務は①市場調査のためにWeb検索②議事録作成

下記に例としてインターン生の実力、アサインされている案件の相談内容別に市場・競合調査のためのWeb調査もインターンにお願いする

(例)日系総合商社から中国のペット業界に進出したいという相談あり
→中国のペット市場調査（ペット飼育頭数の推移など）
→各業界調査（ペット医療業界の市場規模、ペット保険業界の市場規模など）
→各プレイヤー調査（ペット医療の主要プレイヤー特定、売上や特徴など）
中国の不動産業者から日本のホテルのM&Aを考えたいという相談あり
→対象となりうる日本のホテルプレイヤーのロングリスト作成
→リスト内の企業への初期コンタクト実施（メール・電話等）
→案件概要を示す資料の作成

②英語の使用頻度
→インターン生の実力・アサインしてるプロジェクトによるが、英語・中国語が堪能なインターン生には調査(外国語)・アウトプット(日本語)で業務を依頼するケースが多い。特に外国語能力が際立っているわけではなければ日本市場関連の調査を渡しているケースも多数。

③チーム体制：(インターン生の数、指示はMiyazakiさんからがメインなのか等)
→インターンは常に2-3名ぐらいはコアに稼働してくれている人がいる。
新しく入ったインターン生は、コンサルチームのリーダーの提案活動の補助を行い、リーダー自らクオリティチェックし、通過した人を評価コメント付きでプロジェクト担当者にアサインしていく

④インターン生の採用ニーズ
→常に2-3名、クオリティ高く・コミットしてくれるインターンがいてくれると助かる
