ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Arches, you will be at the forefront of our ambitious global expansion. Your mission is to attract and recruit exceptional talent from across the APAC region, including Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, and China.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment (80%)

• Develop recruitment strategies and plans: Define KPIs, allocate resources, manage recruitment costs, and create action plans.
• Execute recruitment activities: Carry out recruitment tasks based on goals and action plans, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting HR interviews, scheduling further interviews, and making job offers for all open positions.
• Upload and manage data in Hrmos, an applicant tracking system.
• Prepare reports and conduct data analytics for continuous improvement.
• Establishes partnerships with universities and recruitment agencies in the APAC region.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for employer branding and with the HR team for internal communications.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.

Performance Improvement (20%).

• Identify and analyze areas for improvement within the company's performance.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development (L&D) and HR teams to design and implement performance enhancement programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field. Master's degree in business or related major is a plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, HRBP preferably in a fast-growing startup environment with 100 - 200 employees. Familiarity with consulting services, market research, or expert networks is a plus.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
  Global Mindset and KPI driven.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English. Additional languages ​​are a plus.
  Skills: High attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Processes and goal-oriented, analytical, and data-driven decision-making.
• Effective engagement with colleagues at all levels. Excellent moderation skills for difficult conversations.
